When you join me at a pregnancy class we’ll chat about birth and the tools that can help you during labour. We’ll discuss practical ways you can prepare in pregnancy for your postpartum period. I’ll help you to navigate the UK maternity system, to know your birth rights, and give you confidence in infant care, sleep, and feeding.
There’s no such thing as a silly question so come along and join a relaxed space designed to support parents-to-be as they approach life with their new baby.

Gather & Grow Birth Community is more than a five week course. It’s parent-centred support available during your pregnancy and into your postpartum period.

Meet your Teacher
I’m Jess, mum to two boys and a newly qualified Antenatal Educator.
I love birth and will happily chat to anyone who is interested about the amazing things I have learned since my own pregnancy journeys. It is also these pregnancy journeys that have inspired me to retrain and launch my antenatal classes for parents in my local area.
I am passionate about the value in preparing for birth and in supporting parents-to-be as they journey from pregnancy to postpartum life. I love connecting with other parents over the shared life experiences of raising tiny humans and would love you to become part of the Gather & Grow Birth Community.
I am creating a local community in Eastleigh and the surrounding areas for parents-to-be and new parents where you can socialise, share experiences, and ultimately, feel supported as you navigate this next phase of your lives.
